Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

## πŸ›‘ ABSOLUTE TRASH SERVICE: Boycott Queen Tea at West Cobb! πŸ›‘ If you enjoy wasting your money on incompetent service, sassy managers, and completely botched orders, then Queen Tea is the place for you. Otherwise, **stay far away.** This is the second week in a row that this location has completely ruined our order. We bought three different drinks, and every single one was a disaster: * No boba in a drink that was supposed to have it. * Two drinks that paid for *extra* boba had none added. * Two drinks explicitly ordered with *no sugar* were loaded with it. The kids making the drinks are clearly either completely distracted or entirely overwhelmed, and management is doing absolutely nothing to help them. ### The "Manager" is Completely Useless When I called to get this sorted, I had the displeasure of dealing with a clueless manager who possessed zero basic courtesy and a massive attitude problem. Instead of offering a simple remake or refund, she confidently and repeatedly reiterated that she is essentially powerless and that we have to wait for someone named **Malissa** to solve any actual customer issues. Her "investigation" of the incident was an absolute joke. Even tho

I'm writing this before even finishing my meal because it's *that's* yummy. I got the fried pork belly bowl and even without the sauce it has a great flavor, and the boba in the tea is extremely fresh and soft. It also has ample seating which is great for me because I like to leave the house when I study so this may become my new study spot (which they seem to encourage with the student discount they have; it isn't much but as a broke college student, every cent counts!). The decor is nice, the space is clean, the staff is polite, food is great and actually matches the price; I'll definitely be back

I came here with my baby sister for a sister date. We both really love Boba milk tea and this shop made delicious milk tea. The fried sweet rolls were more basic than I was expecting, but they were fine. The veggie samosas were very nice. I haven’t had them before in such a small form.

Staff was so friendly! I also had a student idea and a Queen Tea keychain, so they gave me a lot of discounts. This location has some pretty decorations too. The chickeninis were fresh, crispy, and a huge portion. The creme brulee earl grey tea was to die for!

Visited the Queen Tea for the first time at The Avenue West Cobb and I'm HOOKED! I mean, I've heard the hype, but wow... from the moment you walked in, the seating area and wall decor is amazing, their milk tea is like a warm hug in a cup! Friendly staff, cute vibes, and did I mention the BOBA?! Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu! And I did 4 times already. Great spot for refreshments. Price was fair Wait time was good Service was on point I Definitely Recommend. 10-10
